Email address: to send you your result and, if you've consented, tips by email (legal basis: your consent, box not pre-checked).
Questionnaire answers: to generate your personalized report (legal basis: performance of the service).
Account and purchases (paid version): to give you access to your reports and manage billing (performance of the contract, accounting obligations).
Payment: handled by Stripe; we store no card data.
Audience measurement: the Meta Pixel only loads after your consent.

Recipients and processors

Brevo (email delivery), Stripe (payment), IONOS SARL (hosting), Anthropic (AI report generation), Meta (measurement, after consent). Some may process data outside the EU, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention periods

Prospects: until you unsubscribe (then deletion after a period of inactivity). Customers: the duration of the relationship, and the legal period for invoices (10 years). Answers and reports: as long as needed for the service.

Cookies and measurement

A banner lets you accept or decline measurement cookies (Meta Pixel), loaded only after agreement. Declining does not affect your use of the site.
